How to manage yourself to look amazing and noticeable
- · Get up at least 2 hours before leaving for office or school or college. Go for walk, or jogging for at least 30 minutes.
- · Brush your teeth twice a day. Mouthwash will be great if you have bad breathe.
- · Wash your face twice a day if your skin is oily. If it’s dry, then wash once is also enough. Choose your moisturizer and face wash according to your skin type.
- · Shower is the best way to keep your body cool and fab. It should be short duration and warm. Wash your hair if you find them dirty or oily. Otherwise not.
- · Do not starve for late because it leads to fat. Don’t eat late in night. Have dinner before 9 pm, otherwise food will make you flubs and fluffy.
- · Eight hours of sleep a night to give your body enough time to make hormones to grow easily.
- · During each weekend, spend some time on your personal grooming.
- · Go for shopping every month and purchase something for yourself.
Confidence is the very important factor. Don’t be afraid of others thinking. Just be yourself with smiling face.
What we should have In clothing:
- At least four tops and 2 pair of jeans or pants that are of non-descriptive type. So that if you wear them on alternate day or two three days after, no one recognize them.
- Just change those top in every month or two. And if want sophisticated look, go for simple, not like you just carry costly accessory with design embroidery and jhang pang.
- Keep at least two jackets and a coat, that too simple which you can wear at in every fashion change.
- Keep one black and one white shirt also. They increase your fashion look. Every occasion, every place, it looks decent and nice.
- Have always two pair of shoes, one for running daily purpose and one should be fancy.
- Keep 2 or 3 belts, one should be basic black, other two you can choose such a color
which can contrast with anyone.
